Agent Orange Working Group The aowg is a forum for exchange of scholarly, factual information on the use and aftermath chemical defoliants and other environmental toxins in Viet Nam, Lao PDR and Cambodia. AoWG is also the list of the NGO Working Group on Agent Orange of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre in Ha Noi, Viet Nam. It is our hope that subscribers are sensitive to the nature of the material covered and maintain proper standards etiquette.
